Ms. Boyce is the Executive Director of the Housing Development Center, a nonprofit consulting organization the provides affordable housing development, asset management training and technical assistance, and affordable housing policy research and development. Ms. Boyce is also Executive Director of the HDC Community Fund, HDC’s related Community Development Financial Institution, which provides loans to mission-driven developers of community facilities and affordable housing.
